fix(feedback): remove things forgotten when model table dropped

Kaspar Vollenweider requested to merge fix/properly-remove-the-feedback-model_aoz into develop

Earlyer on the Feedback models table and some of its code were removed: a19b58ff Cleaned up controller and schema

But there were several thing not removed along with it. It didn't seem to have any direct consequences, but deploying to heroku I ran in to some trouble with this.

Because of that I do this more explicit removal of other leftovers found.
