features/truncate semester_feedback on semester_process_volunteer#index
I would like to try out if it is possible to show the given feedbacks directly on semester_process_volunteers#index.
We already have this functionality in the old application: https://staging.aoz-freiwillige.ch/list_responses/feedbacks
If this is possible we do not need additional views for the certain process steps.
You do not have to handle multiple assignments yet, since this is only a spike to see feasibility.
