Show own screen after submitting hours and feedback

When clicking on the big green button "Bestätigen" under last_submitted_hours_and_feedback the form should no more be displayed (no double submitt).

Instead an empty page displaying the message analogue to the signup page:

Die Stunden und Feedbacks wurden erfolgreich bestätigt.
