Will paginate bootstrap gem is not maintained anymore -> replace with similar that is maintained
requested to merge bugfix/replace_will_paginate_bootstrap_gem_with_one_that_does_the_same_and_is_maintained into develop
.... or at least better maintained than the other one. Last update 2014 VS May 2017 ....
