Implement pan-fetch-employees web component

When you look at the example.html it has the wrong font, this is due to the fact, that some basic styles get like fonts, font-sizes etc.

After this mr i will move the repository to the open-source namespace, fix the .gitlab-ci file, change homepage attribute in package.json file and write to @stb to make it public.

Did I forget something?
